LIC seeks mature, capable students who have the preparation and motivation needed to accomplish their academic and professional goals. In addition, it is expected that successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to and a passion for their chosen field of study.

This can be demonstrated with prior academic performance and professional experience. LIC exercises an open admissions policy. ms and can, therefore, accommodate all students. As the programs is self-paced and year-round, a student may enter a degree program throughout the year and proceed through the program at their own pace.
